The Annual and Open meetinbg of the BRCFC Teams takes place at 6.30 p.m on Tuesday 16th July in Blairgowrie Town Hall.
Every Team is required to have a Representative of their Team attend who will have the authority to cast a Vote on any matters such as below.
Every Team is allowed one vote on any single matter.
A New structure is being put in place to assist in the Development of the day-to-day administration of the BRCFC Football Division.
The exisiting Subcommitte members wil stand down and like everyone else in the Club out with are eligible for election to the New Section Committee.
The Main Roles initially will be:
Section Head, Treasurer, CPO, General Secretary, PVG Officer, Boys Reprresentaive/Registrations, Girls Representative/Registrations, Equipment Coordinator.
Nominations/Seconders for these posts can be lodged with either Gavin Tolmie gavintolmie@yahoo.co.uk or Sandy Thomson alex.thomson@tiscali.co.uk by Monday 15th July.
All positions are Open to anyone with an interest in moving the Club forward.
Like all other Community Trusts/Clubs, Volunteers are an essential and vital part of them, and its at these meetings that every member can learn at first hand the Plans for its Future .
